What Does this transvaginal Ultrasound Test Result Mean?

My TVS Result shows RETROVERTED UTERUS MEASURES 47.5 X 44.9 X 46.5 mm Endometrial stripe is well delineated, hyperechoic, smooth and thick measuring 13.1 mm Myometrium shows homogenous pranchymal echotexture Cervix measures 27.1x22.9 mm a nabothian cyst is noted meassuring 8.4mm x 7.4 mm I would like to know if I have something to worry with this kind of results. Im 34 yrs. old with 1 kid. Thanks for the help

Hello, thanks for writing to HCM.
The uterus and cervix are normal in size and appearance.
The Nabothian cyst is nothing to worry about.
A 13mm endometrial thickness needs clinical correlation, if you have any abnormal bleeding or are on any hormonal treatment.
The endometrial lining varies in morphology and thickness with phases of menstrual cycle, and a followup ultrasound may be all that is needed. If there is a doubt a biopsy is done to be sure.

I would suggest you discuss this along with your menstrual history to take further steps.
